Koppu – a drinking vessel, usually referring to a cup without a handle, tumbler, or a glass.

Great for a elevating you cortado, espresso, wine, or favorite spirit.

Light groggy clay body with dark blue glaze strokes covered in a crackling (crazing) clear glaze. Slight clay separation from firing on the bottom of this piece which does not affect usability, or food safety.

Thrown ("off the hump"), trimmed, and glazed by hand.

I personally always hand wash my pottery however all my pieces are dishwasher safe. Overtime the raw (unglazed) clay body can stain and for that reason I avoid subjecting my personal pieces to the wear and tear of the dishwasher. Handle with care to avoid chipping and cracking.
